crashed imvu/acc help

hi recently my laptop updated and when it came back on I couldn't enter imvu , I tried uninstalling and re installing . I tried downloading a older version but it made me update it , I tried changing the requirments to run imvu and ive done everything I can . I can click on imvu and it will either not open , show a blank white page or attempt to log in and crash half way through showing a white square in the middle . what can I do ?
also I didn't know you guys help with H4C|<7D accounts my old imvu acc was attacked a long time ago I tried to report it to imvu but still couldn't get it back any help I can get on this ?

Thankyou , i installed imvu lite it logged me in but didn't load my avatar and then crashed , so i closed it and tried to re open it again but it did the same thing as before . do you think its something to do with my computer and not the applications themselves ?

If you PM me your IMVU log file after a crash, I will take a look and see if I can spot anything.

Also, try doing a completely fresh install. Delete both the IMVU and IMVUClient folders in %appdata% (type that unto your run dialog if you don't know where it is).
