Amazon Claim Code not going through?

Hi, first time poster. I had an amazon code I bought through amazon sent to my email, and I have the 14 digit claim code. The Claim code itself is all letters, no numbers.
However when I input the claim code on the "Pay Your Bill" Page, I am told that a valid redeem code must have numbers AND letters.


What do I do from here?

Edit: I just added a 1 and typed a short message, basically "Here's a 1 so it goes through." and it went through. Hopefully everything works out.
