like I said u not gonna go prison for that shit..i get into argument with my step dads ..it never really gets physical like urs cause if it do ..real dad might step in and defend his son

I hope that you're okay after all that mess, domestic abuse is a huge problem, because you're still gonna get into trouble even if you were defending yourself, I hope that things like this don't happen to you anymore.

Legally, Since he hit you first you hit him back in self defense and that's what I would claim if it comes to court because if someone intentionally provokes you or another person and then hits you, you have the right to defend yourself, the only thing you'd have to do is have a witness on your side [probably only choice here is your mom] and have her testify again him and for you which would get you off the hook, regardless, I hope you get this sorted and don't have any issues, good luck.
