if it were me, I'd set things up so that you only had to "buy" the download once instead of having to earn more if the download failed for some reason.

If it fails, we usually refund you. But in order to set it up how you want would take a complete re write of the downloads system which is months of work.
I had to charge people to download because thieves wouldn't stop stealing them and trying to make people pay real money for my free programs.

ah, now I'm having another problem. I made the program an exception so AVG would leave it alone, but now it says, I don't have permission... tried running as administrator, now it says, "operation could not complete successfully because program has a virus." another 200 medits gone. T_T any way to fix this? (sorry that I'm being annoying.)

In order to use my programs in 2018, you have to disable your anti virus and any other security programs you have installed.You also need to disabled all of Windows Defender's settings in Windows.
I don't know why but my programs get blocked by Windows and security programs even though most of them barely do anything. Even basic programs like this one that just open your chkn and pull out the assets.
It's really frustrating and I don't know what to do about solving it.

Unfortunately yes. You can whitelist my program in your anti virus but I don't think you can in Windows Defender. So at the very list you need to turn all the Windows Defenders settings off.

how much medits needed for download? my medits 200, and the notice said need more medits to download, but my medits alrdy reduced to 0?

programs from datamine are not viruses antivurus software show them like that because datamine and don wouldnt pay the software companies to get them whitelisted.
you need to turn your antivirus off install the program then turn it back on.
