Block him, ignore him, and if he continues ... you can always clone his avatar : services/generators/imvu-outfit-clone/imvu-outfit-cloner.php
Add a male dress and a clown nose to it, take pictures, dev a picture frame, and hang it in your public room. Might make you feel better.
