hello good I have a problem I'm a creator of imvu soil download the chkn of the products then I put textures of mine so that they are only mine and I have not been a derivation and DMCA I removed some products from my store the question is,

How can I make imvu not remove my products from my store?

Hello and welcome. So glad you found TIM and are seeking help. I will try to answer your post as best i can since i am unclear what exactly you are asking.

YOU CANNOT MAKE IMVU NOT REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT FROM YOUR STORE

First off by your own admission you have not derived from another product but rather replaced only textures. But downloaded someone else's chkn file. That is theft. The mesh itself thus is not yours. If you have taken another's digital work, then you are NOT the original owner of the work. You DO run the risk of that original owner filing a DMCA against you thru VU. Does not matter if someone else derives off your submission. That is irrelevant. The original work still belongs to the producer. If a DMCA does get filed against you VU places that item hidden into DMCA Hold giving you an opportune time to respond to the accusation. You can then choose to counter DMCA in which the case could lead into the legal system to dispute leading into expenses as getting attorneys, fees, and providing proof. If you do not counter the product will then be removed from your catalog completely.

Another reason for a product to be removed is if it breaks the TOS(Terms of Service) rule of UFI(Unfit for IMVU). That is a direct violation and item will be instantely removed and possibly banning of your account completely.

Entire catalogs can also be hidden when a user's VIP has lapsed.

You can use the software 3DS max to create your own meshes instead of stealing them from others, or you can use the derive feature in the IMVU client to legitimize your products instead of cutting out the original creator from profiting off of their hard work.
