Is it me or is something wrong with the peer review? I have submitted a few products yesterday, and now - about 18 to 20 hours later - they are still in peer review?
How? Why? (And no, it's not blackmarket products, it's simple dervived male tops to fill up the shop a little)

yeah welcome to the party thats been happening for a wile now u kinda need to have at least level 2-3 dev account before submitting bm products so make sure u submit some regular products first something like 50 i dont know the exact number but even then u will wait a few hours.

I am aware of that, this is why i was submitting simple derived products - but why do even those take so long?

To be honest i think i know the answer to my own question, what imvu did is destroy themselves and tnhe community with their mobile app - since most users are on imvu through the app now, that means there are barely people left doing peer reviews....

Edit: sorry i made my post so messy somehow.

@Formulax,
Reasons are many but the most curren trouble could be:
IMVU started to ban people from using peer review if they had bad statistics ever in the past (using peer review automats etc.) Its been up to 1/3 of people who are now unable to do peer review any more, they lost this earning option probably for a lifetime.
Active people included in peer reviews are not many these days. Also, peer review got reduced from 750crs/day to 500/day which, i believe, also pissed some people who then put peer review on hiatus. Simply said; things about peer review got very slow.

And yes as mentioned, most of people use IMVU next and imvu phone app, which also doesnt bring any good news to peer review. And i have to say im extremely angry about these things as im a DP artist too. We are loosing our jobs. Digital Pictures are rarely visible anywhere these days. Same with homepages. And now it slowers creators in their work. Well done imvu.

I'm not even sure that they pay people to do PR anymore. It's like they are phasing the original idea that was IMVU out completely because they feel that they will get more kids interested (The ones with the attention span of gnats) with the cruddy mobile app and poorly made Next version that seems more like the lovechild of Facebook and Twitter. But I digress...

If you want your stuff to pass through PR in a timely manner, your best bet is to submit your items either early in the morning, or towards the end of the month when all the creators are trying to get their last minute items in to cater to the twisted tier system. (Another dusty function that needs to be fixed but probably never will lol)

Years ago maybe 6/7 years ago IMVU had this ultimate plan to get rid of the online IMVU and make it strictly Moble...AKA Next. I have watched through the years as they have started weeding things out and updating more their Next features and not really worried about the Web Client. The more and more I see its becoming a reality now. As everything is being routed through Next just about.

The Peer review has not given credits for PRing in a couple years unless I could be wrong and there is another place you can do it from. As they used to offer you 10 credits for each review back in the day. This used to have several people on it doing PR to be able to get the Promo credits to buy things. Now a days a lot of people don't really want to mess with Promo credits or receive them. I know alot of Creators will not send you Items if you pay with them with whole or partial Promo credits...ie the badges stickers etc.

In Any case the reason why for GA and AP Items are taking so long to clear PR is because there is hardly anyone doing it no more. As I have suggested to several others put things through at different time periods and see what clears the fastest. Then you pretty much then have a good time to place your items through PR. For me Early Morning is best as things Clear within 2/3 mins but If I put something in after say 11 am then I am waiting till the next day for them to clear. So find your optimum time and try and work around that.

As far as i can tell, the lower tier you are is the longer it will take for your recently submmitted products to pass peer review. My products passes peer review almost instantly because of my tier. I have another creator account that is tier 2 and it takes a long time to pass a product through peer review. Anyone also noticed this? oh and those bastards banned me from doing peer review.... sigh

I couldn't agree with all of you more.. I have been tryin to get this product submitted and passed peer review now for 3 days.. ughh part passed but part failed.. anyways it took them almost 36 hours to tell me that and still haven't received an email to explain... and yes that shitty mobile app sucks i refuse to even own or load it or use it on my phone.. s if they go mobile all the way i will just move on to somewhere else with a heavy heart but i will go bc i will not use that shitty bug ridden app!
