In IMVU's recent survey, they asked creators what changes they would like to see made to creating. Below is a list of everything they asked about in the survey:
Personally, I voted yes on everything. Some of these ideas would be really useful as a dev and others I can see being abusable.

- Allow non-IMVU creators to build coop action products
- Personal workspace
- Copy and past
- Particle and avatar actions in attachments
- Allow 1024x512 textures, at least for full-body skins
- Default catalog image
- Derive from a product under development
- Build scalar products in Create mode
- Build and sell packages of textures
- Actions can stop skeletal or morph animations
- View mesh structure
- Access to the derivation tree in Create Mode
- Deletion of inherited meshes
- Allow idle actions in clothing products
- Provide a much larger set of standard body part numbers
- Allow a team of creators to work on a shared set of products
- Allow the creator to search for a product directly in Create Mode
- Work on multiple products in the same window
- Allow many more body part numbers
- Auto-save
