Missing texture assets?

(I'm asking here because IMVU's new help forums are garbage)

I was trying to recover some textures in an already existing product I have on IMVU and it seems some of them are missing? There's 4 textures in the product, but the folder is only showing 2 of them and the opacitites. Does anyone know why this is? Is there a way to get them missing ones?

Is the product derived another product? Perhaps some of the textures come from the parent. PM me the PID.
