Bought products 6 days ago almost and still not able to upload onto imvu …. Help anyone or is money wasted ?

i m sure after paying ur item must came to you with all the info.. to send it to ur imvu client

you must be doing something wrong i am uploading products with no issue.without knowing what ssteps u followed i can only guess that ur either not using the needed software or ur trying trying to publish the product to peer review and the last thing is not something you should do. Make sure u follow all the steps provided to u in the instructions to the letter.

Right I followed all what was said on links, was sent a link to watch video in more detail, watched that followed it but on video it states to submit to shop ? not very tech headed but get by normally, but each time I think I have the pose uploaded I end up with grey chair or a wooden floor ??? in imvu create, have deleted all poses and downloaded again and exact same thing happens, im opening the zip files with winzip ? just cant get my head around whats the problem.
