If a person homepage is customized so you cant click on their badges is there a way to see them?

Several scenarios could be going on to answer your question:
1) IF person has badges set to ungrantable, then NO way can you see or receive their badges unless they themselves grant them to you.
2) Set to grantable, but homepage coding is not properly coded to gain access to them or their page is set to friends/AP only/disabled and cant access not having that status: There is a script available to our VIP members in our VIP section. OR you can simply message the person you are seeking their badge and ask kindly.

Oh I meant as regular person profile, their badge card is hidden.
