especially that in August imvu acquire the company stayup.it means that financially they are far from bankruptcy but I find it unfortunate that since 2013 they are not adding anything noticeable on the pc version. last things it's animated badge.., they prefer to develop their mobile version and now creates an imvu VR version i think.

Huh, interesting. I guess if they are buying companies then yeah I guess that means that they aren't gonna go away anytime soon. I always think that since we as the consumers put so much into things like VIP, name changes, credits, and things like AP, I mean come one, how are you gonna make us pay $20 freaking dollars and you get limp weiners, like come on. The more I think about it, the more I believe that they aren't going anywhere, at least not any time soon.

Imvu isn't going anywhere, been there since b4 its buggy beta. As said before the community is too large, the rank, despite the issues it has is still pretty damn high.
Imvu always has a down time, it comes in many different versions:
Schools starting, holidays, people realize they need to get a job, and significant others figure out that their loved ones are having affairs lol, just to name a few.
However there will always be, misunderstood teens, lonely house wives, and hubbys, those that need relationships, social media whores, people that need an escape and many others with their mundane reasons. Thus when one batch leaves, another enters, its a revolving door that never stops. But it gets really good when theres a revolving door batch and also returning members that realize they will always like imvu.

Honestly, I do feel like it will shut down simply because it isnt the same as it was through 2013 through 2016. After that period it all went down to crap. Imvu used to be in it's prime but I guess everything doesnt last long, eh? I feel as though, it has so many unfixed glitches and it's kind of getting boring. Secondlife let's you walk around and fly and stuff but imvu doesnt offer any of that. It's just barbie dolls sitting down constantly and it hides sexual things but gives us something like ap which isnt limited in itself.

I don't think that IMVU will shout down because there are many people that log in everyday and they spend enough money to allow the IMVU staff to continue.

i hope they dont shut down Imvu, i spend so much money, time. i mean there are coming daily new user. otherwise i have no other games to play xd Imvu is already my 2nd home
