I download the program and did everything according to the instructions. now I do not know how to see it stuff in my imvu account?

After extracting the assets from a chkn file and you need to make a new chkn file by opening Create Mode and creating a new product with the assets.
Though I recommend not doing that and instead making the assets yourself.

You drag a chkn file or a folder of chkn files onto the program where there is an arrow.

What do you mean? The only thing that has change interface wise in the new version of T3DE is the Create Mode button was moved to the first page for convenience.
