Is imvu Support telling you they cannot transfer credits for security reason?

try calling if you're VIP, I notice agents over the phone are more nice.

Yeah they gave me that reason too few months ago. Usually happens after I used up all my limits giving credits to other ppl's accounts.

idk if making a product to buy with the amount you want to send is worth it or no

this is the most common difficulties that imvu users face particularly if you are new to sending credits. you have to face the email id verification first time and then the limit of 10 or 15k credits per day depending upon the tier you are in. However, if you are a VIP, you may get lucky to send the credits through chat where the limit can go up as much as upto 100K

If you are not a VIP, you have to limit it to 10K on an average per day and then wait for next 24 hours to send another lot. IMVU says its for your security reasons and I agree with that to some extent for the fact that if you have good number of credits in your account and its h4c|<7d, you can lose your whole of your credits in one go if there is no limit restriction. This is how I feel about it. Good luck :)
