I think that it could definitely improve but overall I thinks it’s alright

I would rate them 4 (good)
Things that can be improved:
The windows app takes the user to the web portal on clicking on a few of the links under your profile. This is not a good way to handle the profile. either all profile links should go to the website or none.
If you are with a person in a room that is using a phone and you are using a pc one of you moves when anyone enters the room. really irritating as you can still see yourself in the same place but the other person keeps telling you that you have moved. Moving around the room a few times seems to work but as soon as someone enters same thing happens again.
PC app is really slow at opening rooms. opening a room on mobile takes me 5 seconds but on the pc can take anything between 45 to 55 seconds.
