Disabled accounts

Guys, why imvu just randomly bans accounts? Its just like my 3rd account disabled. And if I contact them they just send me automatic menssages which doesn't help in anything. Happened to anybody else? Have a way to prevent a disabled? Help me pls...

I read posts here suggesting something like immediately verify your email address after creating the new account and then purchase something from them. Hope it helps!

Thx for your reply Jan, I don't have purchased nothing in the accounts. I will try to spend something in my account now.
