If IMVU support claim you fraud someone credit card and they permanent disabled your account, you talk to them and they still kept your account disabled.
Then they do have solid proof you did some kind of fraud with someone's credit card. Maybe you bought credits with one of your family member credit card
a long time ago and they just found out about it and told there bank they don't recognize that transaction the bank will do an investigation that will take
back the funds from IMVU, leading to IMVU disabling your account. Or maybe uhhh actually there's a lot of possibility that could have happened and you don't remember. If you share your account with someone also you need to check with them. But IMVU specialist will always review cases like these before taking actions so trust me when I say they are not being ''assholes'' they do have evidence of you breaking their ToS. Instead of arguing with IMVU well I assume you are since
you're speaking like that, I suggest you contact IMVU over the phone if you're VIP and find out which credit card they're referring to and try to work it out
with them in a proper manner.

I doubt he can verify the credid/debit card that was used on his account.
If he did IMVU support would have already give him a chance and return his account to him.
Everyone who used IMVU been through the payment verify process. All they ask for is basic information
proving you are the owner of the payment source and owner of the account that is being used. Once giving the correct information
they have no reason to disable your account or state that you're breaking the rules of their ToS without evidence.
He kept saying IMVU support is being assholes and the ''credit card fraud'' is a lie because he doesn't know anything about it.
He said IMVU staffs is only doing this to him to get more money which we all know it's not true. Yes some IMVU staff agents
are strick and give people a hard time sometimes but they can not disable users account for no reason. There's always proof
or they get a specialist to review the user account or case before coming to a permanent decision. I honestly think he's not
telling us the full story and he is lying about some of it. Therefore I don't see how we can help him if he's not telling us the truth.
He thinks contacting the CEO will solve his problem but it wont. There's no way he can get that information to reach out to the CEO of IMVU.
The most he can do is ask to speak to a supervisor when speaking to an agent over the phone and it's not going to be easy.
Most of the agents that he will be speaking to will ask him why and if he doesn't have a good reason to speak to a supervisor
they will avoid him and tell him the same thing over and over again. His only two option is to come clean and tell the truth
about the card that was used on his account which was stated as a fraud and his account will still remain disable unless there
is a good explanation. Or higher a lawyer.
