i recently upgraded to a 4K monitor and new PC. integrated graphics on the mobo, Intel UHD 630.

question: is there some way that I can get smoother graphics in imvu?

like, better anti-aliasing?

already tried switching between Direct3D and OpenGL, but i don't see much difference.

i seem to remember reading there is a way to tweak stuff...

anybody got any suggestions?

With a dedicated graphics card you could, but with that integrated graphics I'm not sure.
I do that a lot in my nvidia drivers control panel.

Right click on your desktop and click Graphics Properties. This will open Intel’s graphics control panel. Click the 3D icon when the control panel window appears to access 3D graphics settings.

From there you can access things like Anti-Aliasing and other graphics settings that might allow you to smooth IMVU's graphics.

hey thanks for these tips.

I found a control panel called the Intel Graphics Command Center, which gives access to the various anti-aliasing settings. Trying them now.

if I find settings that seem to improve the rendering, i'll report back here.

Let us know how it goes. It's been a long time since I used integrated graphics so I'm curious if it will work. I know a lot of people use laptops with IMVU so a good portion of our members might be using integrated graphics so if it works I could write up a tutorial.
