Account disabled more then 14 days

This is probably the wrong place for this but..when to log on imvu after work and got a message saying my account has been disabled for 14 more days..has anyone ever seen this? I'm locked out of the email I used soo I can look at what they sent me..any clues?

There are a couple reasons that they would give you a temporary ban...1 being you made a UFI item 2. You had a UFI on or in a room in Public that someone reported. 3 You were flagged for language or outfits in a GA room. You can contact IMVU through thier live chat to ind out the real reason and maybe talk your way out o the ban.

Ya I sent one and waiting for the reply..worse case worse..I hang out in imvu jail for 2 weeks and spend my free time playing video games
