what have you heard about brett removal form imvu?

there been massive rumors but no official announcements over Brett Durrett removal from imvu. other then he gone and there's a new board of directors . i heard shit about him getting a massive golden parachute off his removal and a gag order thats states he cant in any way say shit about imvu his personal site haves no mention of imvu in any from and imvu been removing any trace of him from the net that connects with them there all so a rumor of imvu was forced to buy the music site they use from him because he secretly owned it. if you heard anything else i love to hear it.

I don't really keep track of IMVU staff politics. All I know is that they are understaffed and overworked on the technical side, and that most of the code they write never sees the light of day. On the management side they are overstaffed with too much management, lots of destructive competitive in-fighting, micromanaging, and indecisiveness. Finally, on the functional side ... they are ill structured with an extremely high turn-over rate from functionals leaving before their first year is even up. Overall ... I would call it a toxic environment and I highly doubt a CEO change or even a complete board overhaul will fix it.

I don't have any first hand knowledge ... never worked there myself, but their reviews over glassdoor, comparably, and linkedIn have been pretty consistent over the past decade. The few staff members who have gone out of their ways to contact us ... backed up the reviews. Even though I have zero interest in actually ever working there, I keep track of their employee reviews, blogs, githubs, academic journals, patents, and job offers ... to keep better tabs on what technologies and projects their programmers are currently working on or are looking into.

Having such second / third hand knowledge of what is coming down the pipeline is valuable to myself and DM, so we know what to prepare for and what technologies to study.

this was the so called founder of imvu computer super brat of the geek age every where he haves works he ether got fired or forced out of his own company by partners come on you got to have some dirt on him being removed from imvu. brett is the kinda guy we all love to hate he caused the resellers to be removed he caused ap ga he nearly killed imvu with next we got to have some dirt on this hose nozzle of a man.
