Are credits lost when an account is temporarily banned?

Good morning
I need an information.
Will all credits be lost when an imvu account is temporarily banned or will the credits be in the account when the ban ends? Thank you

Your credits should still be in the account, as long as none of your products were re-rated. If you were temp banned for a re-rated product, they deduct all of your sales from that product.

no product has been re-evaluated. I created a painting with AP photos and after the product had passed Peer Review I was banned after 30 minutes
