Yes. Medits are accepted at a (500 medits : $1) ratio when purchasing black market sex products off of The IMVU Black Market: buysell/black_market_index.php
After you check out and view your bill, it should ask you which payment method you want to use. Choose "Medits".

Basically what he said. Yeah u can pay with medits. If u want some of the good stuff u prolly gon want to stack up to like a cool 12k medits and buy whatever u want. Tbh Mafias are the only people who offer shit like this. Really hella dope.
