When replying to a post, click the preview button to go to the full editor instead of the quick reply. Then at the bottom click the upload attachment tab to select a file to attach to your post.
Alternatively you can upload the image to a hosting service like imgur and attach it to your post by clicking the img bbcode button above the message area (the one with the photo icon).

You can upload picture by uploading the image in online sites like imgur, Click Attach Button To Attach Images, or Google drive (turn on link sharing). And then you just have you copy that link in between [img] tag.
Just add your link in between IMG tag.
