Hello. I'm struggling with create function after subscribing to IMVU VIP. when i clicked derive new product, imvu app is automatically stopped as the error popup appears.
I was downloading and using the Imvu mafia client before I subscribed to the VIP, and I was also using the Deep Client. I didn't use create function at that time, but I did open the local product of the product I ordered.
Notify imvu appears under the pop-up window, but i was afraid of being sanctioned by the BM items. How should I resolve this situation?

Did you sign the IMVU creator agreement? : https://www.imvu.com/creators/creator_dashboard.php

I signed creator agreement but it doesn't work at all..

I tried everything to create. I did not make BM items. but this imvu client lets nothing happen.. automatically shut down..

Are you using non-English characters or symbols anywhere in your products?

No. I typed 167 but it failed. now i type 34767742, it still doesn't work.

Does it fail before the editor tab even opens?

Yes! editor tab doesn't open at all...

Have you tried running the IMVU client as administrator? It is possible that the client is failing to write temp files to your products folder.

I would also try clearing the client cache.
