It takes time to get your ratings up as there is a certain quota that has to be reached You may not see the stars go up but it actually does keep count. Everytime you go into your room you can click on rate and it counts. So even if you are on your main and you have already rated it once you can rate it again the next time you enter it. You can't go in annd out and do it as there is a waiting time between when you can I believe it's a Hour. Not for sure but you will know if you click on the star and it does not show you have already rated for that time period. So you can circle through your main and your alts have each of them rate and wait a hour and do it again. But again this does take time to get your room up to a 5 star rating. I believe it is 1000 rates to get a 5 star rating unless that has changed in the last few years. So keep on rating and pull your friends to have them rate it as well every little bit helps.
