Imvu ban over a room item

Hello, I was banned from imvu a few times months ago over my room being "misrated". I even ran my room ratings by imvu before opening my rooms up again, and got the okay to use the tags. I hadn't really edited my room since I made it or noticed one of the many photo decorations I bought years ago (two "nude women") could be against TOS, but that's what I was banned for this week. Being told there's no way to appeal, and I've had my account about 6 years, spent a good portion of money on it too.

A friend of mine said she had her account appealed after something similar happened. Is there any way I can fix this?

You can take IMVU to small claims court if you are in California or if you hire a proxy lawyer based out of California. IMVU almost always settles within a few days by giving the account back. They don't have the time / money to fight every single lawsuit they receive.

Here is cheers and kudos to what imvumafias had done for the community, fight for the right and really the consumers suffer without people in here doing what they did to fight for our right... amazing work..

One of my accounts got banned for misrating a product. When the 1st temporary ban was removed I edited my products and submit them again. I got banned again because even if you update the product IMVU.inc will always see them same as the 1st time they were uploaded. I am thinking maybe you are in a situation like this.

Wow! Six years! That's terrifying!! I was recently reported yesterday six times! I wasn't even on yesterdayso I'm assuming it was someone bitter? Either way I'm worried I'll get banned over nonsense. I hope you find a way, that's just plain not cool. No warning or anything! Good luck!
