Absolutely. We as humans have the great gift of communication and technology. Nowadays it's easy to connect with others through a screen and still convey natural emotions. It is harder, but I have met great people and I'm sure others agree too. A friendship is as strong as you make it.

Yea they can, I have friends online that are more on my level than my friends offline.
