IMVU DEEP CLIENT

Whenever I download IMVU DC (Deep client) to my computer the file opens with winrar and when I install it doing all the instrustions to a T. I log into imvu and deep client has not been installed. Is there anyone else having issues with it not installing correctly? If so let admin know and if anyone knows how to get around this please let me know. Ive bought poses on here and have not been able to use them because deep client is not installing.

My wife is also having problems with it. I have contacted help about it but no help seems to be working....

are u on a pc or mac? what version of windows do u have and did u uninstall imvu first?

How do you know it has not been installed? What is it not doing? Do you see the black market button on the home screen?

Windows 10 Pc and yes we've tried with both uninstalling imvu and not uninstalling keep getting the same result.

No icon also I will load rooms that have imvu mafia poses and the poses will be sitting poses not the intended sex poses that are initially suppose to be there.

Have you tried wiping IMVU completely and doing a fresh install of the Deep Client? It sounds like either you have multiple clients installed and are running the wrong one or you tried to install the Deep Client over the vanilla client and it didn't install properly.

The Deep Client should have came with a program to prepare the install, run that first then run the Deep Client installer again.

Can you make sure the IMVUClient folder is being completely deleted after you run the IMVU Preparation program? If it's not, that could cause issues. You can find the folder in

%appdata%\IMVUClient

(copy paste that in a run dialog or into the Windows Explorer address bar).

If it is and the client still isn't working after the install, I'd be more than happy to help you via TeamViewer.

Hello,
I don't know if I'm in the right discussion, but I have a question regarding the deep client.
Has there been an update lately that I missed?
because it has now been a little over 15 days since I stop bugging imvu.
