I advice changing the password asap, as long as those huge password lists exist with leaked data from internet giants that were compromised in the past, that is the first step to making it at least difficult for the accounts to be h4c|<7d.
imvu support should just automate/template part of the important issues of this nature like account recovery to a secure form to minimise human interraction and communication back and forth, like limiting the submission of this types of tickets only after the sensitive information has been added by the customer, so they only need to take care of the decision making, and actual measures to fix the issue, not waste time and resources on typing messages, and that would speed things up a lot.

live support is even worse. they are hopeless I have not gotten a reply to a ticket from 4 months ago & live support literally lies to your face & makes up excuses over & over again they would hand out you the auto generated temporary ticket number of live chat & call it a follow up request & ask you come back in 24 hours, they did that to me for a week straight like literally no morals, no ethics not even the guts the say that they couldnt do anything about the issue... all they do is stall relentlessly yet all these stupid morons continue to buy imvu vip thinking a $10 badge makes them special.

Before I even read any of these let me just go ahead and say that the thought that this was over a year ago and the thought of how bad they have been in the past year I've been on here it's a scary thought how much worse can they get. I mean they have no customer service they have people with random first names who have no verification that they work for the company they have no way of confirming that it's not hackers or malicious they base it off of when you're on chat with them the fact that you're on a secured server through their VIP program well I'm sorry but that doesn't exactly make me feel like secure at all honestly

honestly they cant make the excuse that they are accepting alot of others since all those others are just secretly getting rejected with no comformation. honestly i cant tell them to do better but they really need too...
