IMVU sucks because they don’t put credits back into your account if your account was h4c|<7d and the h4c|<7r took some of your credits. They told me this. Unfortunately, it is IMVU's policy never to reimburse credits lost for compromised accounts. Keeping an account secure is the account holder's responsibility, and IMVU does not return credits that have been stolen.

As a gentle reminder, we encourage all our users to create a strong password to avoid the possibility of account takeovers. A strong password is a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and special characters. It is strongly recommended to come up with such a strong password that is difficult to decode. And I told them they did before for my old account in the past.

How were the credits removed from the account? Did they do it via a product or direct transfer?

I don’t know, but I know some of my credits were missing.

Check your account's credit logs, under your classic account settings. That will show you where the credits went and how they were moved.

so turns out, alot of promo credits can go missing if imvu removes items from ur inventory if that is what ur talking about, but direct payments should return. "should"
