I for one think your account is going to be a down hill battle because of TOC guidelines you did not follow. Sorry you lost your account but I do see so many do what your did and not all are kids that do that. I think it starts out as a game and that account just took off and became a really good account and wasn't expected too. People gift you and now you feel you have to keep the account etc.. I to know someone that lost their account and even proved the account to be theirs and IMVU would not give it back and he took it up with the headquarters CEO of IMVU. No help at all. To bring an lawsuit to IMVU and win is almost nonchalant. You best effort is just writting IMVU and trying to work with them and seeing what you can do to be more compliant to meet their TOC guidelines. Some dont like to send in there personal ID and so forth, but some how IMVU has all that anyways. So just work with them and hope for the best. Good luck my friend. I been where you are because of an h4c|<7r.

@RoseLee
The thing is I did follow guidelines. I played for probably a year when I first created it, then stopped for years. At that time I didn't have whatever the equivalent of AP was, my parents knew I played it and wouldn't have let me get it anyways. By the time I got my own card and bothered to try playing on the account again I figured I should fix my age, which I tried to do twice if I remember right. Pretty sure I had sent in everything they needed as proof of age too. As for the room, I never hosted one before and didn't know better so as soon as I was alerted I constantly tried fixing it. Removed, added, rewrote things. Nothing worked though unfortunately. Just how IMVU is, I couldn't rely on them when my account got h4c|<7d either. I guess someone else was using it for however long after I stopped using it. They changed the user, bought AP, credits and got the guest removed for me. I doubt I'd be able to claim that though because I never reported much to them. Lucky for me whoever stole my account was pretty flawed.

Thing is imvu knows where and when your account was made. your ip leads to your home, town, country. So when h4c|<7d the ip was changed over to someone else and imvu see's that. Now the question is..... Do they care? Some people are very blessed and find the help they need when they need it with imvu staff and some are not. I have no idea how imvu staff run this game site because some would say its all about money and thats not all true either. Why? Well for one they made so many fusses over what creators do they some of there best Devers left or just closed up shop. Big money investors for imvu they chased off. So all i can say is lay low and stay out of imvu's way if all possible. Learn from the best here and get back on track.

What To Do If Your IMVU Account Got Permanently Banned
If your IMVU account is permanently banned, it can be difficult to figure out how to proceed. Getting in touch with the support teams for online social platforms is usually pretty complicated. This means that trying to get IMVU to reopen your account can take up a lot of time and be very frustrating.
When your account at IMVU or anywhere else is suspended, DoNotPay can help you appeal with less stress and better results. Here's what you should know about permanent bans on IMVU.
Why Was My IMVU Account Banned?
There are a few different things that could be going on if your account has been banned. Sometimes IMVU bans accounts because they're trying to protect you from fraud. Other times, the site administrators might believe that you've violated the site's rules in some way. There are three major reasons that your IMVU account may have been disabled:
1. Terms of Service Violations
These can include asking for others' passwords, posting inappropriate content, stealing credits, or any other inappropriate activity. You also can't buy or sell credits to other users or share an account with others.
2. Suspected Fraud
Sometimes your account is put on hold to protect you from fraudulent transactions. This can happen if there were unusual transactions on your account or if you haven't logged in for a while. Your account could also be frozen if you log in while traveling and the site flags the different locations as suspicious.
3. Violating Creator Rules
Users who create content on IMVU could be banned for additional reasons. These can include marking adult content as being appropriate for general audiences, using copyrighted material in your content, or artificially boosting the popularity of your products by sending credits to other accounts.
If your account was frozen because of suspected fraud, you're much more likely to be able to reopen it without a hassle than if IMVU believes you violated the site's rules.
How to Reopen Your IMVU Account on Your Own
You should receive an email from IMVU explaining that you have been banned and why. This will help you understand the situation so you can make the best case for why your account should be restored.
1. Make an Alternate Account.
You may need to make an alternate account before you submit a ticket to ask about your ban. Getting in touch with support can be difficult if you're not logged into an account.
2. Submit a Case.
After you log in to your new account, click "contact support" to submit a help center case. Explain what happened and ask to have your original account reopened.
If your account was put on hold due to inactivity, you'll need:
The email address associated with your account
The location where you signed up
The birthday associated with your account
The approximate date you last logged in
3. Escalate Your Ticket.
If you don't receive a good response, you can ask the support team to escalate your ticket, which means transferring you to a manager or more experienced colleague. A staff member with more authority might be in a better position to resolve your issue.
You can also try sending a request to reopen your account by mail to:
IMVU
PO Box 2772
Redwood City, CA
94063
You can also try contacting the company by fax at: 650-321-7263
Writing a successful appeal letter can be challenging. Figuring out what to include and how to make the best case can take a lot of your valuable time.
