If your talking about your imvu account you could 1st try making an alt account ( another imvu account) and then log on and go to help settings and try sending a help ticket or if your able get a pass for vip for a month so you can voice chat with a representative worker or even better find the free help service phone number in your state and call imvu and see what all they need to clear all this up. When I had problem with imvu once when i started out many yrs ago with buying credits they asked me to send in my ID and a few other things to get my account straightened out. Was on there end but they got it fixed. Needless to say, If you want your account back you have to find out everything they want and need to verify your account by you or it wont get open again. Also sounds like you might be an creator and all the materials and textures you used they might be wanting you to verify they are yours and you have all rights to use them. You probable have other messages from IMVU or what ever sorce this is coming from telling you in detail what all this is about. I would call them with the free phone number.

Hi. sounds like imvu has disabled your account for copyright reasons. it is against imvu terms of service to create clothing or any products with existing company brands logo's. from what your messages reads, you'll need vouches from each of those company brand/logo u have used on your products that say u are allowed to use them. you may still start fresh, sign up to imvu as new member join creator again.

i dont even know i just derive those products i never used no company brands i just derive and put it in catalog. so there anyway ii can get it back if i dont have copyrights.

One of the products you derived from must have been using brand logos, and you inherited the textures. Your account was still profiting off of copyright infringement. I would start by filing a help ticket, explain all of your products / textures came from deriving, and that the person you derived from must have been using brand logos without you noticing.
