T3de from DataMine is a one time payment....i have it for many years now....and unlike others who sell copy....DM t3de is always updated.....Thanks to DataMine’s hard work.. be safe everyone

Yes, create mode is enabled on T3DE. You still have to sign IMVU's creator agreement though if you want to upload the products that you create.

Yes, you have to be VIP or grandfathered to upload products to IMVU.

Means your account was already a creator before they required vip for creator privileges.
