in the last months in 2020 I just saw alot of creators make a gorgeous glittery clothes texture
When you move the camera it shine`s
I tried a lot to do this texture in Photoshop but when I put the texture in the create mode it be like dots no shine & didn`t look like glitter at all
Is any one here tried to do glittery products before Can help me to Know how to make the texture glittery & shine when I use it?

hello, Photoshop never succeeded, nor with photofiltre, but with gimp v2 it seems easier to me to create this style of texture

I have the same problem even with gimp when I upload the texture it doesn't show as glitter it is shown as dots
What is the type of file you save the texture as?
I save it as png
