Credit requirement to download software

I was looking at the software section and saw one that interested me, the Cache2Pid v2.7, but I couldn't download it because I didn't have enough mafia credits. I looked around the forum and the FAQ, but I couldn't find what the requirement was, or where to look for it. If someone can let me know or direct me to where to look, I'd appreciate it

Medits are earned via posting on the forums, daily logins, and playing the lottery.

I am aware of the methods that can be used to earn the credits. My initial post was asking about what the requirements are for that specific software, as I couldn't find any specific number. All I'm told I'd that I don't have enough.
