DMCA Takedowns are more lenient than people believe. I have seen people with over 50 strikes on their shop and they can still create stuff and are not banned. Which is stupid of course. The thing is, I have seen a whole tree of products get taken down, the derivable and the products derived, so it wouldn't be new.

Different rules for different people. Always been like that and always will be. Not talking about race, just about clicks. What group of people you know and who pulls the strings.

Does dmca can make action to me and remove my shop because I derived a ripped product?

@Nosha

Yes. If the parent product is hidden does not make a difference. If you derive off of a ripped product, you can get DMCA'd and loose your account. We've had several people come to us in the past year with that exact issue .... trying to get back accounts that were disabled because they derived off of a stolen product.

We've also seen cases of people getting disabled because they derived off of a product that contained a trademark brand logo.
