I have a question
If someone submitted a product and hide it can it be reported as dmca?

Yes, it can.
Any products can be reported to DMCA as long as the person reporting it has the product's id.
Now, you may be betting on the fact that the person will not find the product's id since you hid the product, but there are many ways to find that information

Theoretically, flagging could be possible regardless of concealment. While an identifier might be hidden, alternative methods of uncovering it exist

re-uploaded to another account. That I didn't understand. What I know and what has happened to me is that I created something that I shouldn't have, someone would use and report it. Items that I hid have already been reported as well, but surely someone has searched for it through the Emporium, and since I don't have a vip there, my items are exposed, even the hidden ones.
