Room doesnt load for a friend

Hey hey, i want to use with a friend a BM room, but the room doesnt load for him and before i create a invite link but it seems doesnt work and i dont know what i am doing wrong.

maybe someone can help me? and sorry for my bad english.

Are they using the Deep Client? What happens when you create an invite link?

He says, he accpeted it and then he downlaoded the client and says he installed it ( i dont know if he lies or not) but i know he now 2 years
