it was a hot, muggy, overcast day. Shadow was waiting on the lawn when Sid shady came out of his house wearing a pear of shorts and a wrist watch. " There was a robbery in the town about two hours ago." said Shadow, "Apparently, the robber fits your description." Shady laughed as he laid back on the hood of his pickup truck. " This truck and I just returned from Pine Ridge about ten minutes ago. That is over 500 kilometers away in case you didn't know. You can call the cousin I was visiting and he'll verify my story." Shadow looked at his watch and said, " It's 4 p.m. now, what time did you leave Pine Ridge?" Shady glanced at his watch and said, " I guess it must have been about 7 a.m." "You're obviously lying," replied Shadow, Why?

Sid sitting on his truck hood on such a hot day would mean the engine has been stopped a whole lot of time ago or he's be charring his skin on the hot metal, besides keeping a wristwatch as the only other item as the shorts would mean he was undressing in a hurry, noone would wear a wristwatch inside the house just for the jist of it, that is either for going out or comming in.

When I tell you I lost like 50 brain cells reading this. Probably because of the distance the place was from the other place and how long it should've took for him to get to his destination. Thats the only thing I have in mind. Other then that, my brain went "brain dead" over here XD. Interesting riddle though :tlaponder:

So 10 mins ago Sid Shady returns back from his trip back home that was over 310 miles away. Lays on back of his truck no shirt and talks with Shadow who questions him. First of all. Its hot and his truck would been super hot for a 4 hrs drive back home whitch he said took him almost 9 hrs. This doesnt mean it was him that robed anyone, Just means he wasnt being upfront with Shadow. Maybe he is planing a party or something for her. And his cousin is helping setting things up. :dancingbannana:
