Restoring images sent to imvu

Is there a way to restore an ID image I sent to imvu before at a help ticket!
Because the id was not mine and I couldn't get the image back because I changes my PC windows
I sent the image of the passport from years ago ..

You could try to get in here:

Login then check in the "closed cases" section, but it is clearly said "NOTE: Cases older than 3 years may be archived and removed from your view." so i hope for you it's not longer than 3 years

Unfortunately it's longer than 3 years so I can't get back to it

You could call imvu and talk to someone that knows whats going on inside imvu other then an imvu help worker that works with help tickets and tell them your situation when you call in and let them know you would like that information removed from their records because you do not wish to have that info on the internet or imvu holding that in their records. what ever you wish to discuss with imvu is up to you but its your right to have your info removed from any web site when requested. whether they do it even if they say they will is up to them. Most keep your info like Netflix for example because they hope you will come back to them soon so you dont have to fill in all your info all over again.

Yes, that's a law, any service is forced to remove any data they own about someone if they request it, if that's your concern, you could call them or i think there is an email, i could search it for you if you don't live in the US and prefer asking them by mail (but it's longer)
