I guess it depends on how bad you want that person to get the message but if they dev you can buy something from their shop and leave a message on there review and ask them to get back to you. just a suggestion. 2nd, try inviting them to a room to talk. 3rd, try sending a new friend request. 4th. go to a room they go to and try to talk to them. gl
