Tips on how to restore your imvu account.

Do not panic, do the following to anticipate whether you can take back your Avatar ID:

Open the email that is used to make your avatar ID affected disabled / banned
Find emails from imvu ID stating the reasons why you are exposed to disable / banned
Once you know the reasons why you are exposed to disable ID make sure that what was said by staff IMVU is not true then do the following:

Open a ticket to IMVU with via a link: http://www.imvu.com/help/help_iframe.php
Go to page / page: Request Support
Open Ticket: Submit a Case
Fill in the form data is as follows:

Case Category: General
Description: Disable Account
Description:

Dear CS,

Please kindly advise, I could not open my Account ID
Avatar name: ..................
ID Number: .................
Email: ..................
Birthday: ...................
CC Number: .......................

I hope you can assist me to getting back the ID to me.
Thanking you in advance and looking forward to hearing from you at your convenience.

Save your report and wait for an answer from IMVU 1 x 24 hours

No offense but couldn't this also be used to steal accounts?

I'm not a fan of stealing accounts, just wondering if it can happen?

True but someone should not have all that info about you, if they do, then you need to practice better privacy and security in your daily life.

Well I can pretty much get all that info except the CC Number, maybe the last 4 digits..but I'm guessing once the actual owner shows their ID it's game over.

once you got disabled account they made. they will not relesased it :v

they will not give back a permanently disabled account, i tried several methods to get one of mind back and to my back but was unsuccessful. No matter how you word it if they have banned you it pretty much game over

To reopen your account

You may follow the guidelines as given below: (This is the new one how to get your account when you got disabled / banned)

I deleted my account on (When you delete your account). The problem is I don't know how to reopen my account in IMVU so I should send a ticket to reopen my account

My account details:

Avatar name: Your main avatar name
Birthday: Your main birthday when you sign up in first account that you made
Email: Your main email address
Payment method: Credit Card / PayPal / Etc: State your payment method

I have (state your item that you had purchased in your account recently) plus I have (state your item that you had purchased in your account recently (in additional your item that you had purchased) to spent a lot of money in my account

Imvu miss uses usa law in which it say if you cant verify your account or claim in 30 days , anyne can claimn it as it become lost property , even you try go verify first they distract you so you fails, but somewhow you able to answer all question lol they sayon ur face we dont give money back to deleted account
