Hey guys plz help I notice that some room owners have multiple rooms with over 160 views within an hour and was wondering if there’s a glitch or something that can get more room views

If its an glitch it might be the room owner signing in and out of there own room or its an really popular room. You could watch the room and see what happens or message some of the room owners and see what they tell you. And remember you go to a room because you get something out of it, not because someone else goes there. You do it for yourself.
