These days you would make a bootable usb drive from the iso using the Microsoft Media Creation Tool or Rufus. It's actually really easy, the programs do all the work.

oh no no sir I do not support apple at all either I've been in the cell phone business a few times over the years and what not even their logo says it's bad energy lol. I would rather see it go for Android and Linux

yeah I have reapers downloaded onto my phone it's an exe file as well I had it working at one point I thought but I could never get it to go all the way through. the USB drives I have I'll have a bunch of them not a Windows which is why I needed to get one of my desktops working or an ISO onto it somehow but I didn't have one big enough and it's just been one thing after another I'm getting it figured out he's just annoying.
