Did you try the attachment link? The software was also attached to the opening post, just in case the original source download link ever stopped working.

Great Idea! A number of cutters use the 20 second standard for cutting. Some 15 seconds. Still even more cut music on the down beat of the 16th bar counted out in cut time (2/2). If you came up with a tool that listens to the beat and the tempo of the tune and was able to cut audio files automatically, you would become an audio god.
