I seem I'm facing a vary unique problem. I can't log in to any imvu account from my computer. I think this is due to me having a scrambled IP. This should typically only apply when using a VPN. My PC does this random bullshit where it scrambles the IP and then returns it to normal but it's at random times.

Anytime I try to log in I get an error message. I am a creator over here. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah they're definitely not a fan of hiding your accurate information I've had that happen as well I've had them put an account on hold over login I've had them tell me I didn't know or own the account because I didn't know which power I was pinging from when I created it.

They're desperately trying to squeeze every extra dollar out of every extra person they can while destroying themselves trying to adults extra bullshit! I don't know why they had to go and throw a minute and a half long options into the entrance of the rooms and such claiming they're trying to offer a free service like it wasn't free before? What about those of us like me to spend our every waking dollar of the month on here or there I should say? This last month I put over $300 again through my accounts I aged verified AP VIP and still got a permanent disabled because I tried to purchase 99 cents worth of credits that were on sale through the site instead of the app and because it didn't go through Google plays authentication first PayPal for some reason did a 99 cent charge back that permanently disabled my account.. I don't know why I have had like 8 to 10 accounts now easy over a year because it doesn't matter if I give them what they want or not if any little thing goes wrong bye-bye account start fresh please cuz we want that money again theft to be honest...

So again your ipvpn could be causing it I have had it prevent me from signing in because of a VPN active if you shut the VPN off and you go into your settings and tell it to use the phones Mac address instead of randomized you should be able to get it to let you in and I forgot you said PC but either way

Is it only your computer that you are not able to log in? Or you cannot log in at all? Did you get any message from imvu with a ban or anything? First try using another computer or mobile to log in……then check your emails if you get any messages? Then try the web form to log in….if it still doesnt work try making a new account and file a ticket regarding your problem….try to put all your credentials on that account…..if you have purchased anything….try to put tge last 4 digits of those too….put as many info as you can think of….like when and where you created the account….name in account…birthdate…etc.l.good luck….hope you get your account soon.

Few days ago I couldn't log into the vu create app on there website. I talked to vu and they said it was there problem for me to try again later. The whole site keeps getting new stuff added and changed. Most of my stuff on the site don't work and I have vip. Waist of money. They want to force you into what they want you to have and if you dont get it there going to make it so you get less and less of what you have right now unless you pay for it. I was told for people that use mobile, unless they have vip its not going to work right later and its starting already. Later if you want to create unless you have one of the VIP packs that pays more your going to be limited on how much you can make in a month. say like low vip tier will get you 5 or 10 products a month. Keep in mind so vip's been dev's and making a living on vu. Im not sure the site is going to be worth staying at before long. They all getting money hungry.
