I immediately want to say that it's not a scam and I gift away my IMVU account because I don't use it anymore (main reason: Inactivity).
I would hate to delete an account that has many years old in that game, so i decided to gift it away to another one.
This account has "5 Years At IMVU" wallpapers.

Are you going to give away the email account associated with it as well?

Well, the email is random and it's not associated with the account i give away.
I checked if the email was associated right now but it's not associated, it's random email.

You can change email and password anytime, so you can have an account with 5 years at imvu.

It's just that if the account you were to give away were to get locked for some reason the IMVU staff would want to know what the email for the account was when you first made it, to know that it is for sure you. Also if you bought anything with it they probably want credit card information as well as birthday on the account just to reassure someone doesn't gain access to your account.

The only thing a gifted account is good for ... is running it into the ground by breaking TOS till it gets disabled. Too risky to put any time / resources into the account, because the original owner can take it back at any time.

Ok first for all, I haven't shopped in that account with real payments (just made an outfit by Credits Daily Spin).
Second i never had any warning related to IMVU, about the email i've put it's random email as i said because it's not even associated to the account (you need to conferm the verify of that email in your own email website that follows the "@").

You can create a character even if you use a random email instead of the real one and it'll keep too long as your own email.
You can change it anytime, just go on Setting → Email (and change it then go to your email website for confirm your changed email).
In the setting you can also change Password, look Payment and Orders (with the related payment system) and etc.

Once you confirmed your email account, you'll be able to enable even Two-Factor Authentication from always Setting → Profile (which is important for the security of your account, the only bored part is go everytime to your email website to check and put the code everytime you log in but you can keep saved it without using the code by pressing "Remember this device" and accept the code you've put - Only for your own device and nothing else, important is that you have the character related to your account with your original email).

and Third yes, now i'll tell you login password so you'll be able to log in.
