You can use winrar instead. It has a free trial but you don't have to pay for it after it ends

If you installed it to the vanilla location, the Add or remove programs option in Windows should work fine. If that does not work or you installed it to a custom location, you need to manually delete the folder.
Assuming you installed IMVULite into the vanilla location you can find it in
%appdata%%appdata%\IMVUClient
