Item buy

Hello everyone,
not sure if that happened to someone else before.

Since a Week a cant find a certain Pants i bought in my Inventory anymore.
It is not hidden in Inventory or something, i checked two times.

The Product does show in the Shop and i dont even found it,
but when i look through my client inventory in Dress up its simply not there anymore.

Has anyone had this Issue anyone knows how to solve this Matter?

Have you tried clearing your client cache?

Do you have more than one IMVU account? Maybe you accidentally bought them for a different account.

Maybe check if your GA/AP button is not highlighted so your only looking for one specific type of item for example only GA's and AP's. Also maybe the item when you found in the shop was already getting removed by imvu staff if it was a blacklisted item, maybe send the link to the item so we can check and see if it does the same to us

I have read an article about this on imvu FAQ….

What are the common reasons why your item disappeared from your inventory?

The reasons are the following:

The item was inappropriately rated or in some way violated IMVU's Terms of Service.

A copyright holder reported that their property was stolen, making it necessary for IMVU to remove the product.

The product may have been renamed or its icon may have changed. Use your Web Inventory to find the product.

See if one of this reasons apply in your case….

Yeah i try to remove cache
And yes i have many imvu account but i know i bought it on thus account

Nope i checked it still the same i really dont know why that happens the game start to be suck and its crushed allot and sometimes the room not loading and get me out from the room
