Every derivable product, when I clicked derive, it says error, can't load avatar scene

If the error happens with all products and not just some products, then that sounds like the cause might be something specific to your account or something specific to your computer.
Possible solutions:
- Try uninstalling / re-installing studio.
- Try changing your default outfit. It might be your outfit.
- Try clearing studio / beta's cache.
- Check the permissions on your studio projects folder (if you have it setup for onedrive, you might need to login to onedrive before it will work)

i just tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still it pops up, it still says "UNABLE TO LOAD SCENE FOR PROJECT" T_T

Move on to the next solution. If none of the solutions work, we can try going through your log files for more information on the error.

hello, ive tried upgrading my ram for the issue, but still it wont load the preview, and it says Unable to load scene for project, i was wondering if i can install the old version of the imvu studio, is it possible?

The old version should still be on your computer. They don't remove the old versions. They still exist in your appdata folder.
